The waiter with curly hair is super distant and mean. He seemed he hated his job and he went away right after he game me the cream. We had to called him for something after waited for 5 minutes in the store. Zero customer service here.

It's been a few years since I visited Bumsam in Koreatown so when I was in Little Tokyo today I just had to stop by! I'm so glad to see they are finally expanding because this is some of the best and most underrated ice cream in the city. There was just one girl working but she was super kind. I ordered the Korean Coffee and Milk flavors in a cup with oreo toppings for $6. You get a great sized portion for the price and way better than most ice cream shops! The ice cream is thick and creamy and so soft. A bit stretchy which adds to the great feeling. The coffee was semi-sweet and smooth with delicious coffee flavor while the milk was rich, creamy, and light! The oreos were actually such a great topping for this pair of flavors

We stopped by Bumsan Organic Milk Bar after having a meal in Little Tokyo, and it felt like the perfect place for dessert. The ice cream is clean, smooth, and well-balanced, with just the right level of sweetness that really lets the milk flavor shine. It has a subtle but distinct character that feels different from typical American ice cream—lighter, more refined, and very pleasant. We ordered the ice cream with waffles, and pairing the two together made it even better. The combination added warmth and texture, making the dessert feel more complete and satisfying. If you’re in Little Tokyo and looking for a not-too-sweet, high-quality dessert to finish your meal, this is a great spot to check out.

They replaced my bae 😭. But it’s a Korean soft serve place that’s pretty sweet. A big contrast to what bae was. Milk, strawberry are pretty tasty. The matcha was very weak in the swirl… Person working the counter was very nice too.

Looking around for dessert in Little Tokyo and stumbled upon this cute little shop. Decided to go with croffle soulmate with true milk ice cream. The man that served the ice cream was kind enough to offer a topping to go with it (options were sprinkles, cereal, and oreo). We chose sprinkles. I already loved croissant bread, and now croissant waffle?! He heated up the croffle for a couple minutes, he then put the ice cream on the side of that. The first bite was absolutely heavenly, such perfect pairing with the milk ice cream. The second and remainder of the bite was still heavenly as the croffle was still warm. For the price of almost $10, it is quite a steep sweet treat. It is definitely a treat that you should try at least once.
